Most of the folks reading this blog remember a time where the water we drank came from the faucet, drinking fountain or hose. Up until a few decades ago there were no “recommendations” on how much water to drink. We all drank water like we breathed air. Water was good for us, but more wasn’t necessarily better. Our bodies had this amazing ability to tell us when we needed more, THIRST.
